Alliteration

Our Big Book this week was 'William's Wet Week'. The title is an alliteration because each word starts with the same letter. Sometimes people call alliterations tongue twisters. This afternoon we each had to think of an alliteration using the letter our names started with. We then wrote them on a tongue and stuck that on a picture of our face. Here are our alliterations.

Author and Illustrator

Elizabeth not only wrote her own book called, 'The Cow Family' but she illustrated it too! Wow what a star!

Tiana and Bara from Room 10 for helping us to make our Social Sciences movie about picking up rubbish. We could not have made the movie without you.

Writing Numbers

Well done to Caleb and Macy who both used the new number cards in their Group Box to write numbers up to 120.

Sorting

This group of boys sorted these objects by colour. They were very proud of themselves.

Awesome Writing

Congratulations to Layla and Scarlett for working so hard on their independent writing. Mrs Cronin was very impressed. Well done to Harry for his great draft writing about the school disco. Mr Robyns enjoyed reading it.
